- Sit upright.

- Repeat these steps 5 times.
- Exercise 2
- Pucker your lips slightly and try to bring the corners of your mouth together.
- Keep lips in this position up to 5 counts.
- You have to relax after 2nd step.
- Repeat these steps 5 times.

- Sit upright.

- Smile as broadly as possible, without opening your lips and keep there up to 5 counts.
- You have to relax after 3rd step.

- Move your lips into a puckered kiss, hold this position up to 10 counts.

- Exercise 1
- Sit upright.
- Face forward with lips closed but relaxed.
- Pucker and pout your lips using the muscles in your cheeks, and keep there up to 10 counts.
- You have to relax after 3rd step.
- Repeat these steps 10 times.
- Exercise 2
- Have a relaxed smile with your lips closed and suck in your cheeks towards and on to your teeth.
- Hold this up to 10 counts.
- You have to relax after 2nd step.
- Repeat these steps 10 times.
- Exercise 3
- You have to look in a mirror while doing this exercise.
- Pout your top lip, turning the corners of your lips upwards and move your cheek muscles towards your eyes.
- Try to get your top lip touching your nose, keep in this position up to 10 counts.
- You have to relax after 3rd step.
- Repeat these steps 5 times.
- Exercise 4
- You have to look in a mirror while doing this exercise.
- Smile as widely as possible and keep your lips closed and your mouth corners turned up.
- Try to make your mouth corners touch your ears.
- Wrinkle your nose and see your cheek muscles move upwards, Keep up to 5 counts.
- You have to relax after 4th step.
- Repeat these steps 10 times.
- Exercise 5
- Keep your teeth and lips closed and blow air under your top lip and keep it there up to 10 counts.
- After that, move it to your left cheek and hold up to 10 counts.
- Then move it to your lower lip and hold up to 10 counts.
- Lastly move it to your right cheek and hold it up to 10 counts
- Repeat these steps 5 times.
