Neck And Throat Facial Exercises

The neck and throat facial exercises are designed to deal with double chins, saggy skin, and loose crepey skin on your neck etc. For younger look, a smoother and firmer neck, compact chin and throat will be helpful. The thing is that the chin, neck and throat area is a difficult area to treat, but regular facial exercises will help to create a younger look.

Women and men spend huge amounts of money on skin care products and cosmetics but then also fail to look after the chin, throat and neck area. These exercises will help to loose skin in the neck, firm up and prevent a double chin, and throat area while toning these muscles.

The facial exercises should be done once a day and should be continued for your entire life. Due to these exercises, the skin is once again stimulated to produce its natural oils and lubricants.

Following are some of the neck and throat facial exercises. You can take help of them. You have to follow the steps given in exercises.

  • Exercise 1
    1. Sit upright.
    2. Tilt your head back looking at the ceiling, keep your lips closed and then start a chewing movement.
    3. Repeat these steps 20 times.

  • Exercise 2
    1. Sit upright.
    2. Tilt your head back looking at the ceiling and keep your lips closed and relaxed.
    3. Keep your lips puckered up to 10 counts.
    4. You have to relax after 3rd step.
    5. bring your head back to its normal position
    6. Repeat these steps 5 times.

  • Exercise 3
    1. Sit upright.
    2. Tilt your head back looking at the ceiling and keep your lips closed and relaxed.
    3. Open your lips and stick your tongue out as if you were trying to touch your chin with the tip of your tongue, keep this position up to 10 counts.
    4. Finally, return your tongue and head to its normal position.

  • Exercise 4
    1. Sit upright.
    2. Tilt your head back looking at the ceiling and keep your lips closed and relaxed.
    3. Move your lower lip over your top lip and keep it there up to 5 counts.
    4. You have to relax after 3rd step.
    5. Repeat these steps 5 times.

  • Exercise 5
    1. Initially, lie on your bed, with your head hanging down over the edge.
    2. Slowly bring your head up towards your torso and keep it there up to 10 counts.
    3. You have to relax after 2nd step.
    4. Lower your head towards the floor.
    5. Repeat these steps 5 times.

  • Exercise 6
    1. Sit upright.
    2. face forward and keep your lips together.
    3. Separate your teeth by dropping your jaw and then push your jaw forward, keep it up to 10 counts.
    4. Come back to starting position.
    5. Repeat these steps 5 times.
