Anti Aging HGH

Do you ever think about any capsule or medicine that will extend their life or to live forever? While HGH will not help you in that, but it will definitely help you to get little bit younger.

What is HGH?
HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is a natural protein hormone made up of amino acids. HGH is produced by the pituitary gland controls muscle and bone growth and lowers the amount of fat in the body. HGH stimulates the liver and other tissues to secrete IGF-I. IGF-I in turn stimulates the proliferation of chondrocytes (cartilage cells) that results in bone growth. IGF-I also responsible for muscle growth.

There is a direct connection between the level of this hormone and the age of the human being. The level of hormone goes on deceasing with the age. A man with age 60 would have approximately 80% less growth hormone than when he was 20.

As this HGH decreases the fat, signs of its reduction include increased body fat, social isolation, increased anxiety, poor general health, and lack of positive well being. If you increase the its level, you will benefit as reduction in feelings of depression, decrease in fat, an increase in lean muscle mass and, after a few months you will get increased skin thickness and elasticity. So it is the best anti-aging solution.

How to Take It?
Normally doctors give HGH injections to their patients. But many private sellers are attempting to make profit from the sale of this product in various forms. Now it comes in the forms of pill, nasal spray, and homeopathic forms. But the results of these other forms are questionable. The other forms do nothing effective as HGH injections because they are not using true HGH.

Cost
The injectable HGH costs $10,000 to $15,000 per year17, which is not possible for majority of people. So that people turns to the other forms of it that costs 5% of the injectable HGH. But as stated above the effectiveness of other forms is questionable. It is illegal to import HGH personally in US. A prescription from a doctor is the only way to receive HGH legally in the United State.

Side effects
Although it has benefits, it also has side effects, it can also put a person at risk for other diseases. The side effects reported by some studies are:

  • Its side effects include an increase in blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, fluid retention, and joint pain.
  • 11,13,14 The use of HGH has result to an increase in insulin resistance which leads to diabetes.
  • 12,16 Diabetes as a result of HGH supplementation was also reported.
  • 11 A person used HGH successfully, but also resulted with diabetes.
  • 12 A 6 month study showed that insulin resistance was at first increased, but after 6 months the insulin levels returned to the levels before their growth hormone use.

Contradiction
As many medical studies claim that HGH causes diabetes, Its surprising that other medical studies are claiming just the opposite. Some studies are come to the fact that IGF-1 could be a replacement for insulin. Two reports came in 1991 in the world of medical which stated which stated just opposite to above are as follows:

  1. Dr. Zenobi of the University of Zurich in Switzerland observed that increase in IGF-1 levels, significantly decreased the levels of blood glucose, insulin, and c-peptide. According to him the type-II diabetes may be reduced by the HGH use.
  2. Another study, 15 Along with Dr. Zenobi's results were those of Dr. Schalch of the University of Wisconsin reported that a decrease in the levels of blood glucose and insulin with the use of HGH.

Conclusion
These results appear to be entirely opposite to each other and had made confusion with the use of HGH. Some studies showed that the use of HGH leads to diabetes, while some shoed that it will decrease the chances of diabetes.

It may possible that those who have diabetes already may respond differently than those who do not yet have the disease. Another explanation would be that the differing results may be due to the amount of time of taking growth hormone.

So its entirely on the individual to take it or not while considering its side effects.
