With all these anti aging benefits - exercise does not have to be a chore. Go for exercises that provide you a cardio workout, develop core strength and fight abdominal fat. So if you haven't yet - put exercise at the heart of your anti aging routine.
b) Stop drinking alcohol, it causes a host of health problems and severe dehydration. Not all these are healthy for our skin condition. So be warned, quit your drinking habit to get rid of wrinkles.
c) Increase the intake of water. You require to hydrate your skin from within - skin cells need water just like every part of your body including your brain. Without adequate water, your skin will dehydrate and essential anti aging nutrients cannot be delivered to your system. You should plan to drink around two liters of water every day just to replace the water you lose through sweating and urination. d) Include at least five servings of vegetables and one serving of fruit in your daily meals. Eat vegetables and fruits like spinach, asparagus, brussel sprouts, watercress, papaya, guava, mangoes, pineapple and cantaloupe, which contain antioxidant properties. Antioxidants prevent oxidation processes responsible for visible effects of skin aging. Vegetable oils such as soybean, olive oil, nuts and nut butters, whole grains are also rich in antioxidants.

f) A good pair of sunglasses is not only for fashion but also for saving your skin. In addition to protecting the eyes from the harmful ultra violet rays, a pair of dark sunglasses can also prevent wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes. A pair of dark sunglasses that give UVA protection will prevent squinting your eyes, which is one of the biggest factors that usually lead to many wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes.
