Make Bathtime Special

A long bath will wash away all the day's wear and tear. Anxiety, tension and negative feelings will disappear as if by magic in the hot, scented water. So in you go!

A few private moment all to yourself
Make a real ritual of bathtime. Take the phone off the hook and lock the bathroom door. fill the bath with warm water and then pour in your favorite bath oil. Put on some soft music, light a candle or two and soak for 20 to 30 minutes with a little sponge cushion supporting the back of your head. You will come out feeling as good as new.

Bath oils to meet your various needs
It has been proved that aromatic oils have positive effects on the nervous system. Pour 20 to 30 drops into your bath and stir the water well, because they do not dissolve easily.

  • To get rid of all the wear and tear of the day: essential oil of lavender, camomile, marjoram or lemon balm.

  • To boost your intellectual capacity: clove, thyme or basil.

How to really enjoy your bath

  • Relax blissfully for at least 5 minutes.
  • Using a brush with a handle, rub your body making circular movements. Start from your feet and go up to your neck. Then brush your arms, starting from your hands and working upwards. Stand up in the bath, brush behind your legs and then your buttocks and your back.
  • Try out some stretching exercises.
  • Rinse you with fresh water.
  • Slip on a toweling dressing gown that has been warming on the radiator and dry yourself carefully.
  • Moisturize your skin deeply with a body cream.

Some Facts
