Steps to Get Clearer Skin
Most of us want clearer, fresher and younger looking skin. Well, it can be achieved naturally without spending too much of money. You need to follow the steps given below and over the course of three weeks; your skin will begin to look fresher and clearer.
- Your first priority is to keep your skin clean. You must cleanse your face twice, once in the morning and then at night with a gentle natural cleanser that removes the dirt and grime off the skin.
- After cleansing the skin, next step is to pat dry and then spray a fine toning mist over the face to cool and help to close the pores while they are clean. Let this mist dry on the face.
- After the toner has dried, apply a very little quantity of moisturizer over the entire face and neck. Search for a moisturizer that contains antibacterial ingredients like tea tree oil and lavender essential oil, which are particularly made to handle skin problems. These ingredients are mild but very efficient at clearing the skin from blemishes and pimples.
- Getting the right amount of restful sleep is essential for your body, as it reflects in on your skin. Seven hours is normally sufficient. Insufficient sleep over a period will result in problems that are hard to cure such as loose skin under the eyes and dark circles.
- The food you consume is of the greatest importance for healthy clear skin. Make sure you are eating ample amount of fresh fruits and vegetables and reduce your red meat intake to three or four times a week. - Wash the skin on your body and face with a weekly scrub. When using a body scrub, begin with your feet and work towards the heart, this helps to remove toxins. - Try an Aspirin facemask. This mask gives fantastic results on people with open pores, pimples and acne. Make a powder of about 15 aspirin tablets, mix to a paste with a little water less than one teaspoon and then apply to a cleansed face. Leave it for about twenty minutes and then rinse off and apply a light moisturizer. Try this weekly after a face scrub.
- Use a home steam treatment once a month to thoroughly eliminate impurities from the face. Add boiling water to a bowl and add two drops of tea tree oil in it. Keep your face over the bowl with a towel covering your face and gently allow the steam open and cleanse the pores. Be careful not to let the steam burn your face. Finish with a lukewarm face wash.
- Exercises like walking, jogging, skipping will boost your system and your skin will love it.
- Take a fish oil supplement daily. Consuming fish helps to have a clearer skin as the fish oil helps to eliminate toxins from the body and thus it is fantastic for your skin.
