  • Avoid more exposure to sun light. Try to stay out in the sun before 10 a.m. and after 4 p.m.
  • Make use of high SPF sunscreen lotion. In the starting days of summer use 30 SPF sunscreen, later on you can come down to 15 SPF.
  • Use brimmed hats having broad brims that will help you to protect your face and neck from UV rays.
  • Now many companies are providing different sun protective cloths. Use a loose, long sleeve, cotton clothes. You may also use the clothing that's made with fabric specially treated to block UV radiation.
  • If you have a mole with hair, it may be possible to clip it close to the skin's surface. It also possible to permanently remove hair from moles. If you have a mole in a beard, you may want to have it removed by your doctor because shaving over it repeatedly may cause irritation.
